We have a full team of quality engineers and can provide a full PPAP analysis if required.
Within our laboratory we have the capability to test parts using the following equipment

• Coordinated Measuring Machine (Sheffield Pioneer).
• Gloss meters.
• Colour meters
• MFI Testers
• Shadow Graph
• Micrometer
• Many specialised measuring jigs and fixtures.
• SPC software – a selection or our moulding machines are networked and the data is centrally processed.
